This is an engineering futures event hosted by the national TBP organization. The presenters were Mark Luchini and David Cribbs. This presentation focuses on creative problem-solving in the context of the industry. Attendees learned how to become an effective facilitator for problem-solving and decision-making activities. Specific skills for facilitating brainstorming sessions are discussed, along with practical tools for helping groups distill the results of brainstorming into actionable solutions and activities to help spark creativity.
