Filipino American Student Association (FASA) and Tau Beta Pi showed members of both organizations how to make their very own Turon & Lumpiang Shanghai!
A little info about each:
Turon is a plantain, rolled in sugar, wrapped in a Spring Roll, and deep fried! And yes, it is vegan!! :)
Lumpiang Shanghai is seasoned ground meat, wrapped in a Spring Roll, and deep fried! Perfect for the meat lovers out there!
