Grad School Application 101 - Panelists Sign Up

Event Type: Service Hours

Tau Beta Pi is hosting Grad Apps 101, a panel-style event designed to help undergraduates better understand the graduate school application process. We’re looking for graduate student volunteers to serve as panelists and share their insights!

Topics will include:

Databasing programs and choosing where to apply

Writing Statements of Purpose / Personal Statements

Whom to ask for Letters of Recommendation

How (and when) to reach out to professors, especially for PhD programs

If you’re a graduate student who’s been through the application process and want to give back, we’d love to have you on the panel. Your advice could make a big difference for students considering grad school!
