GCI Annual Carbon Capture Workshop

Event Type: Service Hours

Help UM's Global CO2 Initiative host their annual global carbon capture conference! We need volunteers to help set up the event, check-in attendees throughout the day, take photos/direct people as needed, and take notes in breakout rooms as needed. For information on shifts (and food!), refer to this google doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LAD9clDjTHp7NNZSDlFmezd1I1VpfPcoL9u_Uta1-0U/edit?usp=sharing

In almost every shift, there will be free food of some sort (catered breakfast, lunch, or coffee break hors d'oeuvres)! This is also an incredible networking opportunity if you are interested in clean energy or sustainability, as global leaders in these fields will be in attendance!

Set up and reception will occur the evening of 5/20, and the conference will be held from 5/21-5/22.

Project Leaders: Leah Simakas (lsimakas)
